No problem. Your Dec 18 date is correct but he filed another one late on Jan 19, 2021 as indicated below. Odd that he has to file these 6 weeks late. It must be hard to keep track of so many 0.05 cent options. If you are politely letting me know that there is an endless supply of legacy 0.05 options, then I appreciate it. With the stock trading at .28 cents hopefully, let's monitor together how many shares are dumped by Board members during this period. It will be informative.

Oh Charles, everyone on this Board knows that you are a pumper. Like I said, the 3 or 4 pumpers on this Board are scaring investors away now. People are not as dumb as you think. Again, you know this. I will post a note when Blaney dumps more shares this week.

All I can say is if I could pull a 5 bagger, dump my 5 cent shares at 25-30 cents without affecting the share price of my company, know that those shares are ending up in the hands of people I trust, and know that there will be no consequences for it,  I'd probably do it to.  Not condoning it, just saying it happens on literally every stock on this exchange.

Let's watch together how many shares are dumped during this period and how many of these options come to the surface. I think this is a more civil approach to your pumping strategy. I will fold once the Directors stop dumping and once the options stop showing up. Until then, governance is the word of the day.
