Why would someone put 200,000 plus shares at .385 and .39- holding the sprice to bring out Stinger next week ?

That's just not an answerable question, at least not in my eyes but kinda interesting.    If you want to buy you know you can grab the 500K shares at 37 and 39 so no need to rush, just sit and wait and stack orders lower.    could also just be a way to push others ahead to sell and they also sit on the other side of the trade. If that's the case grab them

If the 225K at 385 is now willing to do the same at 37 looks like they might be willing to go even lower? maybe 355 or dare I say 34.....   Nice pop on TUD and TUO. They deserve it  :)

I would think it is spoofing, which is technically illegal.  Perhaps the exchange should look into it if the offers are withdrawn.
