Just receive this from AMK Dunwell

The Dunwell Mine Property

The “Qualifying Project” for American Creek's new Spinout company, Stinger Resources, is the Dunwell Property.  Over the past 5 years American Creek has made several strategic acquisitions and has consolidated the richest ground in the Bear Valley near Stewart, BC in the heart of the "Golden Triangle".  This property package not only includes the polymetallic past producing Dunwell Mine, but also a number of other areas that produced high grade gold and silver (marked in red). In addition to these areas that historically produced ore, there are also many other undeveloped high grade showings (marked in white).

We are looking forward to advancing this incredibly rich gold and silver property in 2021. The gold markets made a solid move up last year and silver now seems to be coming alive. For more information on the Dunwell Mine click here.

For 3 more days, up until the market close on Wednesday, February 24, when you purchase American Creek shares you will also receive pro rata shares in Stinger. For details regarding the Spinout see prior news release: click here.

So excellent...can't wait! If SP drops, I'm seriously loading up...a few days ago I mentioned Rovermetals. 'I was taught to buy stocks that break people's hearts (kind of the pain we've gone through here). I was able to buy for 2.78 cents:she'll be a long hold, just like stinger.

Dinkem thanks for your efforts.. personally I feel Stinger will open in the neighbourhood of 30-40cts.. lets not forget by the time these shares are free trading who knows where AMK is at.. but assuming AMK was at 40cts when the spinoff happens I do not see why the makret wouldn't value this 11% postion in AMk under 40cts... just my 2cts. Dinkem look at this chart on GPG... its the same on ...more

Stinger just might mine the property. If stinger finds good ore and feasibility study and its profitability to move on to mine. We can actually mine it. This is how I interpret it. Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ascot Resources (Premier mine) recently acquired IDM Mining (Red Chris deposit) to move towards production as soon as possible.  They have publicly announced intentions to acquire feedstock ...more

If stinger hit a few good holes with extreamly low capex with 45,000,000 shares outstanding. Boom boom boom. I'm wondering what kind of deal will be made to mill the Dunwell? % of gold/silver ect.? Do stinger have to come up with operation expenses to be milled? partnership with the mine operator with no share dilution ?     IMHO of course.

what we do know is today we get a big fat ZERO for Dunwell.. down the road we get an immediate 10% perk with blue skys..  AMk is doing what they need to do in restructuring this..

THE ORE THAT WAS LEFTOVER AFTER BEING HANDPICKED FOR GOOD GOLD BEARING QUARTZ MATERIAL WAS I BELIEVE JUST DEPOSITED INTO ANY HORIZONTAL SPACES. THERE MAY WELL BE REMAINING GOLD THAT COULD BE FEASIBLE TO EXTRACT FROM THAT ORE. THE SHORT TRIP TO NEARBY PROCESSERS WOULD BE A REAL STINGER MONEY MAKER

After re-reading your post.  You suggest that the Dunnwell mine operators in fact high graded the ORE prior to milling, if that is correct, if so, then step two would be the question is that did the then Mining company just as you have said dump the lo-grade (which today would be high grade) from the head down around the Dunwell mill site, that would be the correct answer as the millhead was ...more
