Tunnel and eskay road
Just my opinion - I think the additional road route may be as they claim easier access to KSM, but also may be a last resort backup route to the tunnel. I've looked over numerous maps that are fairly incomplete around KSM, Treaty creek, hwy 37 and Stewart. It seems it is POSSIBLE for this route to be used to access the KSM tailings facility, but appears it would probably be about 5X further as a route and perhaps much less viable. I really can't tell how usable these road routes would be for mass heavy truck transport... As a side note it's intriguing looking into SEA's permits etc, they're currently seeking a 2nd extension on their environmental assessment permits. Granting of 1st extensions sound quite common, however 2nd ones sound more challenging. Claiming covid has slowed acquiring partnership as no potential buyers are willing to do site visits. They basically need their mine up and running with a partnership by 2024 as it stands now. Interesting concept.... of the few friends I have living in BC have said covid and covid restrictions are basically non existent there... or at least in comparison to what we've been dealing with here in Ontario. Not sure if this is a plus or minus if Seabridge is not granted an extension and either needs to re-apply or consider taking on a lowball partnership offer sooner than later. Guess we'll just have to wait and see how it effects us and our prime realestate right smack in the middle of it all.

I'm thinking by the time that happens, it will be a huge pit. Zorg mentioned sometime ago, the possibility of our sites being connected and TC turns into one huge pit. Fingers crossed...that would be great news.
