Though I would post an update on how the RATIO trade currently looks like
TUD_Start 1,000 (Shares)
PRICE VALUE +/-
SOLD(MID_MAY_AVG) $2.90 $2,895
CURRENT(TUD) $2.13 $2,130 -26%
OR
RATIO SHARES VALUE +/- AMK_PRICE
BUY/RATIO 12.00 12,000 $2,895
CURRENT_RATIO 10.39 1,155 $2,460 -15% $0.205
AVERAGE_RATIO 10.58 1,134 $2,416 -2% $0.201
LOW_RATIO 7.79 1,541 $3,281 36% $0.273
A few things, I assume 1,000 Shares of TUD to Start. The average sell price was mid-May at a price of $2.90
As you can see, TUD is down 26%
Next was the buy RATIO which I rounded down to 12, this gave me 12,000 AMK shares.
as it currently stands if I sold AMK and rebought TUD i would would net 15.5% more shares at 1,155 from 1,000
Convert that back using TUD Price and I'M STILL DOWN! lol BUT rather than down -26% it's -15%. I'll take anything :P
We're also flirting with the average range, it feels like it needs to pick a lane but over the past week AMK seems to be winning that one. Drilling aside, Spintout is the "unknown" at this time and could push RATIOS in either direction but what I'm more confident about is that I expect to see the extreme from either one of those outcomes. AMK's Spinout serves as an example, good and bad.
The last RATIO is what I will wait for, Basically <8. If this was to happen then you would have netted yourself 54.1% more shares. If we use that RATIO and reference it to CURRENT TUD Price AMK is = $0.275 In time the pattern evolves.
If you wanted to dig some more the low range of the RATIO was last week of February, off the top of my head I don't come up with anything but I might just be overlooking something.
Happy Friday!
