Go SHORTY, it's your birthday!

With the repricing of options I see this.

These numbers can be found in the AGM mailout page 20.

Option value first assumed was $2,088,750 at repriced value of 18 we get $1,161,000

So they fell short of the value by $927,750 now assuming the goal is the value not options total at 18 cents you need an additional  5,154,167 options.

That means you need 80% more options to net the same cash value first assumed. You mentioned 1.4% dilution adjustment for the repricing and I see a net EQ effect of (1.4% + 80%) = 2.52% and as you mentioned TUD runs at 3.5%. AMK Management needs to keep this in mind because finding tens of millions of oz a year is STEEP competition.

Now let me try and put 1 year together here.

The first question, Why does AMK need an exploration team? Last time I checked AMK isn't an exploration with a free carry so again let me ask, Why pay a premium for something AMK doesn't use?

I did say Premium, in our case it's a double premium. Let me explain. With the spinout of Stinger things changed, now they sit and wait. Does that sound like MORE work? Are they working like TUD? Of course not but this quarterly says their Management fee went up 10% over the same period last year so

What's up with that management?

And AMK pays for an exploration team for which we have no use for, Double PREMIUM.

Here are the last quarterly numbers

                                                Q321     Q320    NineMths21      NineMths20
Management fees (note 13) 109,500 100,500 488,500 401,500

Management fees are going up right?

Now that we know management made more this year remember at the beginning, oh yes the repricing. So much fun.

The money loss to Shareholders is $927,750 or let's put a positive spin on it. Since we have no exploration work yes management fees went up but let's also give them a 200% bonus? Tell me you don't see it now? Paid a fee now they want to give themselves 1M off their Stocks? Balls! Basically paid themselves 3 years in 1. So yes we're paying Options for an exploration team that doesn't explore and this year net effect paid them 1.5M? And going forward we are going to get diluted not because we need cash but because we are paying a premium for an exploration team and we don't even need it. A shame really

It Gets better

So now we're going to have over 6M shares going into the hands of a board that were net sellers in 2021? Take a look at insider trades, I even posted it. Denis bumped >65% around the time most of us were trying not to be bucked off but not Denis and Tobin? He couldn't even be bothered to get on to be bucked off.

Is this being long?

oh so much fun

Now, If only the shorts had access to over 6M shares, if they did, covering would be a breeze right? :)

What a minute, SHOCKER!

Are you seeing what I see? Shorty Shorty? No wait, I must be seeing things right? Repricing options at 18? Come on! Great price really, got me some of those 18's myself. So Denis SELLS 30 then covers at 18? Come on Waffles, can't be and that's not all. Ask yourself, options are dated for 10 YEARS FROM now at 32 cents and MANAGEMENT are worried? Tell us ALL WHY because I can't figure it out!

CUZ their SHORT! LOL Tell us all why 6M shares at 18 cents? No, we're going to keep them at 32. Thank you very much. Call my Bluff.

Now you're close shorty, I can smell the Waffles!

Let's look at the last piece. Essay times. Brutal for all exploration companies having to wait >6Months. Terrible but is it all bad? How excited are we all right now over the last week or so? I know I am, and lined up with the AGM. Let me guess, most are so excited about 70M oz you won't even look at the AGM docs? Why would you! SCORE!

We waited a long time for this, just take a moment to take it all in. It's a lot. This will help.

Go SHORTY, it's your birthday!

And if ever you do catch a shorty by the tons, make sure you SQEEEEZZZZZEE!!!! I know I am.

Let the Shorties come play a fair game out here in the open market, I'll feed you some Waffles! In exchange for your Face!

Now let's have some fun! HEADS UP!!!!!

WITHHOLD!!!!!

What I can tell you Charlie is your research will not win you the Post of the Year nor will it give you a seat on the board but it does earn the respect of fellow shareholders.. Thankyou for keeping these guys honest... Now it's up to the team to come clean...

Likely a little squirming going on meanwhile back at the ranch.. kinda like getting caught with your hand in the cookie jar....

Waffles, before going through all the effort and putting all of this information on this board you may want to get a good grasp of incentive options programs and how they are applied. While I believe your intent is good, your information is both erroneous and flawed. Your conclusions and presentation of concerns is also based on error and incorrect assumptions. Some of which aren't even ...more

Hey HonL. Never had an issue with you , still don't. You said something that caught my attention, incentive options programs. Any chance you can expand on this?
Comment by HIGHonLITHIUM on Dec 09, 2021 1:59pm
Waffles, read my last post. The incentive options program for AMK is in the AGM information. The incentive options program for TUO is in the TUO AGM material. Both are standard TSX approved programs that 99% of all TSX companies utilize.

Fair enough, HIGHonLithium. I don't hold any ill will to AMK, but give my comparative opinion of the three Amigos, usually for those new to Treaty Creek when the issue comes up.  Currently I hold both AMK and TUO shares. My point is mainly that the industry is rife with folks that never acheive anything, but pay themselves exhoritantly well. If you live in Vancouver, you can meet many of ...more

Rockport... perhaps he's mistaken...I've never felt you were a basher here...thanks for your input.

Thanks for the support fordster.  He is somewhat correct in that I am sometimes harsh on AMK. However, it is purely because I think there are two other managment options out there for Treaty Creek speculators.  I invite folks to do their own DD, and not blindly select the partner with the lowest pro-rated market cap.

Going all the way back to when AMK went public I've invested in both AMK and TUO. I also have a significant interest in DEC although that's beside the point. As a long term investor I'm pretty much favoring TUO for two major reasons that don't seem to get much attention on any of the boards. Those are the companies interests outside of TC and royalties. TUO has a liteny of ...more

Talking about Royalties (NSR), Royalties for me doesn’t weight too much as to enjoy the value of the NSR the mine as to be in production and generate profit then TUO will have to issue some dividend to the shares holder.  To enjoy those future dividend you have to have some shares, so you cannot sell your shares if you are waiting for the dividend created from the NSR and if and only if TUO ...more

Shall I chime in my 2cts worth.... Rockport isn't what I consider a long but does it with a little class.. that being said I felt the same way as H&L many times.. When you trade a stock its one thing and that was stated fairly that you cant afford to lose capital.. problem with that is when a stock doesn't perform the way you expect one easily turns on it... Most of us longs here are ...more

Stockmoves, interesting that you don't consider me a long.  I have held shares in Treaty Creek since before it was discovered. In other words, I have held shares in Teuton before the turn of the century.  I would say that is a pretty "looonnnnngg" position. If you are specifically referring to AMK, you are somewhat correct. While I fully believe there will be a massive ...more

Time for management to come clean eh... Oh its hard to change our ways when the Venture allows this stuff.... How many on the venture dont short their own plays and cover thru options and Pp's.. its a free ride for many.. of course having the inside tract never hurts....
Comment by Gryphon1734 on Dec 09, 2021 4:35pm
Personally, I think that you're bang on with most of what you say here CW. Repricing options, large (and growing) management fees with how they're sitting on this carried deal (epecially now that they have their Stinger spinout)....BRUTAL! I have well over 2 million shares of AMK (along with reasonable positions in TUD $ TUO) and will definitely be voting along with you (being against) a ...more

All I can say is thanku for your every effort put forth guys and I believe Charlie is onto something here.. we don't always get it all right but likely more to it than meets the eye....we are always fighting the tide of the MM's and their manipulation in fleecing the general public.... someone has to lose for others to win..... Long on AMK..

Thx I appreciate that. Keep in mind, once the AGM is done I'll be done as well with this, Unless I have to again next year :P I'm not bringing this up mid-summer or some random time, I think the timing is appropriate. But in all seriousness I love the management team for what they've done pre-spinout, I want to say that again. I would even follow them into another  ...more
