Please clarify...
Could someone with more financial knowledge than myself clarify if the $15 million from the PP that close in november is still available for this year or was it was used to cover last year's expenses?

To my knowledge in addition to the 20 mil brokered PP they also announced a 6 mil non-brokered PP so when they close there will be an additional $26 mil in the pot.

I think they gave the 15M to Stinger to pay for their salaries this year

tudor has released financials. Go and read them. Spoiler- They have less than 3.5MM in working capital as at fiscal year end.

amk hasn't released year ends since 2020. I'm super interested to see what they have for cash at next filing and from this ascertain if a PP will be needed to raise $. Accountancy, legal, audit, listing fees and salaries aren't cheap.... Yah, and same goes for STG.

Just wondering why AMK would even need any cash at this point. They are carried to production and everything else got spun off into Stinger....

I would bet that at some point TUD buys us out...

Here you go SM1 Teuton Invests $600,000 Into Sanatana Resources; Purchases 570 Acres in Stewart Area; Contemplates Spin-Out - Teuton AMK went first, now TUD and I see TUO next summer so to me no TO until TUO does their spinout. In my opinion longer it takes the better. Have a great day and eye on the prize! SWING ME!

We are not saying there isn't a little overhead but that number is not as large as you make it out to be.. so the sooner you wrap this entity up the better imo.... roll it all into TUD on a straight share for share basis transaction and problem solved...

This was stated in the last financials: English (stockwatch.com) Management intends to finance operating costs over the next twelve months with existing working capital. Should additional capital be required to fund exploration and/or acquire new projects, other financing alternatives such as private placements of common stock will be considered..
