Please clarify...

Could someone with more financial knowledge than myself clarify if the $15 million from the PP that close in november is still available for this year or was it was used to cover last year's expenses?
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 05, 2022 7:22pm
To my knowledge  in addition to the 20 mil brokered PP they also announced a 6 mil non-brokered PP so when they close there will be an additional $26 mil in the pot.
Comment by GoldmemberBC on Apr 05, 2022 7:36pm
I think they gave the 15M to Stinger to pay for their salaries this year
Comment by LonghandStrong on Apr 05, 2022 8:02pm
tudor has released financials. Go and read them. Spoiler- They have less than 3.5MM in working capital as at fiscal year end.
Comment by LonghandStrong on Apr 05, 2022 8:04pm
amk hasn't released year ends since 2020. I'm super interested to see what they have for cash at next filing and from this ascertain if a PP will be needed to raise $. Accountancy, legal, audit, listing fees and salaries aren't cheap.... Yah, and same goes for STG.

All I ask for is another shot below 20..... this was a good run that seems to be fizzling.... and the boys need a pull.... and yes drilling is expensive so the big raise this year likely will only cover this years drilling but the plan was for many drills.... I get what you are saying L&S as in do not count your chickens b4 they hatch but more than that.. PP's do not lift share prices ...more

Just wondering why AMK would even need any cash at this point. They are carried to production and everything else got spun off into Stinger....
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 06, 2022 1:02pm
I would bet that at some point TUD buys us out...
Comment by Stockmoves1 on Apr 06, 2022 1:12pm
agreed.. AMK has no need for cash nor do we have a need for AMK imo.. A takeover totally makes sense and has my full support... roll all 3 into one after cleaning up the house.. AMk has already restructured itself in the spinout of Stinger for this to take place.. No different than TUD doing their spinout so TUD stands alone as a clean entity no strings attached that make this a takeover target... ...more

Here you go SM1 Teuton Invests $600,000 Into Sanatana Resources; Purchases 570 Acres in Stewart Area; Contemplates Spin-Out - Teuton AMK went first, now TUD and I see TUO next summer so to me no TO until TUO does their spinout. In my opinion longer it takes the better.  Have a great day and eye on the prize!  SWING ME!

where would they get the money from?
Comment by Stockmoves1 on Apr 06, 2022 1:25pm
We are not saying there isn't a little overhead but that number is not as large as you make it out to be.. so the sooner you wrap this entity up the better imo.... roll it all into TUD on a straight share for share basis transaction and problem solved...

When you look at actual carrying expense for 9mths of 2021 less stock compensation one can see that the cash on hand is more than ample so your argument is once again dead in the water byut thanks for trying to twist thgs once again in your favor.. 615,797 is the Net loss for 9mths ending Sept 2021..... so with 2mill in the kitty I feel 2022 will look after itself with time and opportunity to ...more

This was stated in the last financials: English (stockwatch.com) Management intends to finance operating costs over the next twelve months with existing working capital. Should additional capital be required to fund exploration and/or acquire new projects, other financing alternatives such as private placements of common stock will be considered..

lol. Another expert AMk investor here I see. Why not start your search for answers by having a gander at Google. Try searching "what are G&A expenses" and "2022 fee schedule TSXV" or perhaps "approximate legal and accountancy fees for a Canadian public company" or "who pays management salaries on a zero revenue company". Or better yet, when AMK provides ...more
