NEWS - Clear as Day

This nr reminds us we are in an enviable position with TUD carrying the load .. But more importantly it reminds us both TUD and AMK and TUO are now in postion for a takeover !! Here are some KEY points that we have all been talking abouty and now are clarified....

this as an important step in positioning Treaty Creek for a potential acquisition by a major producer.

American Creek continues to own 20% of the Treaty Creek Property. This ownership interest is fully carried until a production notice is given by the Operator.

As investors evaluate the potential investment opportunity related to the Treaty Creek Property, it is plausible that the market capitalization of each company should reflect the ownership percentage of the Treaty Creek Property. Each company's relative stock price will not likely reflect those same percentages, given the differences in each company's outstanding shares, which are subject to change from private placements and other capital transactions.

Sm1, that is exactly what "I" said a few blogs ago.  Our value was lifted when K.K. issued an NR that TUDOR GOLD has 27.3 million ounces.  That equation puts AMK in possession of a working 20% and the confussion that has been going on is that bashers allways want to muddy the waters to SCARE the HELL out of potential buyers and of existing owner's.  However "I ...more

Yes FD .. I have never argued these points I am just stuck on the math and percentages is all.. I wasn't caught up in the BS bash crew and am rarely on the TUD bullboard to witness it.. Ive been a solid AMK supporter and in as large as ever and adding.. all that being said we are still at 15% of TUD re:shre price when you look at MCAP... as the nr suggests these percentages do alter dependant ...more

I suppose when there are an unlimited number of shares subject to change the outstanding number, there might be some manipulative private placements and other capital transactions prior to any takeover.  I doubt any common shareholders would benefit from such

While that may be true, when's the last time AMKs share count changed? TUD has diluted, but we have not....

DO the MATH Folks !! Lets take an example.. A buyer will buy all of TC for x amount of dollars times y amount of oz Au equalling z amount of dollars. Let's assume that z equals 1 billion dollars just as an example for ease of understanding. That dollar amount will be split as follows.... TUD: 60% or $600 million divided by 198.2 million shares = $3.02 ...more

The only dilution AMK ever suffers from is management salaries which is obviously unavoidable. Comparatively, that's peanuts compared to dilution required for funding drilling. In the end all 3 are great choices, it's just a matter of making your selection based on which company you believe is the best value for your dollar. I personally split between the three and add accordingly based on ...more

I don’t want to be a trouble maker but you should be aware that some sort of dilution might be coming, if you remember AMK was saying that they were funded until the end of 2022 which is coming soon.  They will have, I guess, to issue some shares to pay the rent, utilities and their big wage as they don’t have any income. Also don’t forget that every year, they are allowed to issue to ...more

I'm not debating that fact....my point was that alphabet soup is a basher....nothing more, just check his post history...They're all starting to show up again so something's in the works here....
Comment by Stockmoves1 on Nov 16, 2022 12:55pm
I did allow for an aprox  440million shares for warrants etc and if that gets diluted further so be it.. but my guess is TUD will dilute more thn AMK thus based upon market cap we will retain no less than 15% of share price as I have been preaching forever with a possible 18% by the time the dust settles.. all good... let's lnot get all worked up over this stuff and instead focus on great ...more
