Regarding the posts about an insider transaction. Most likely RRSP related. It is a new year so this is not uncommon at all. 
The filing is listed as a private transaction.
But stating that fact doesn't create controversy does it? some of you posters really need to get a life as the need to get your dopamine fix through throwing sludge and looking for anything you can think of to spin as negative is quite pathetic. "Dumping the stock" Sure buddy. Nice choice of words Captain.
Besides, who the hell cares if an insider did sell some stock? Does it change any of the potential with this play? Does it change the ounces in the ground?

And while we are looking at facts, I can see that the company hasn't issued any options since early 2022. Almost two years ago. Which makes the ridiculous post about 10% options per year another utter BS sludge post. If you understood how the standard TSX options plans worked you wouldn't post such nonsense, unless you just wanted to throw sludge, truth and facts be damned.

I respect your take on my post. It was definitely very reactive on my part and I was not very nice to Mr. Blaney. I'm sure he has his reasons. Please don't mistake me for a bear but the initial optics on this aren't great since it is over a third of his current holding. Regards.

Initial optics are what you decide they are. I too saw the filing and my initial optics interpretted this as a very ordinary RRSP movement of stock or a related party transaction. It is filed as a private sale. It is highly unlikely that it would be a sale to a third party at this price. Especially as it wasn't done on the market. "Dumping" was your choice of words, implying

Worth Checking out... I transferred a whack of shares when prices were low because I had room in my TFSA therefore taking this opportunity to cash in Tax free if we see a huge pop on buyout.. Good to check and then report. Worth inquiring no doubt. Likely more than one explanation..
