5 years, Really? I was hoping for 2-3. I'm planning to retire in 2027 but I won't be able to if this takes longer. I'm actually not happy to hear about 5 years.

5 years til a mine? perhaps... If that is what you guys are referring to.. BUT I highly doubt it will take more than 2 years to complete the PEA and max 2-3 years b4 a buyout.. The likelhood of mining this is doubtful.. That requires a major that has the deep pockets and backing to raise the billions needed.. if I am off on these comments I apologize, I haven't listened to the posted video ...more

The lease on my office is over in the fall of 2027 and I'm hoping to retire then at the age of 61. I can probably extend my lease of another year or two but I'd rather not.

The lease on my Life is open ended and I have no Control over when it expires Lol.. So I guess it is what it is :)

If we put this and SEA deposit together we are approaching 100 million oz  Incredible !!!! The question is not if but when they go into production and as the attitude to mining stocks and pog increases how can we miss  IMHO
