The answer is YES, $160 is very realistic sell price for Goldstorm ore deposit, some examples of recent M&A in our neighbourhood.      Kinross acquisition of Great Bear Resources in February/2022 Newmont finishes GT Gold buyout in May/2021 Newcrest acquired Pretium Resources in November/2021 Also take a look at this interesting article bellow from January/2024 M&A activity

Kinross acquisition of Great Bear Resources in February/2022 Was sold at just above 200 per ounce with a resource close to 8 millions of gold. Sell Price by the Dollars per ounce, now that's a different story, and One we all welcome... The danger to trading plays is the day a halt comes and you do not get that re-buy.. For that reason, us Longs lock away shares, waiting/hoping a Newmont comes along... But B4 that happens, we need at a minimum, a PEA .. Likely we are One year out and with Gold potentially being closer to $3000 by then

True, but selling for just over $1 would be way too good of a deal for whoever eventually purchases the property.

Without a PEA at a minimum and more likely a PFS we won't be getting $160/oz...I'd love it but it's just not realistic....If we were to get bought out right now I'd guess the price to be between $50-$80/oz....once we have a PEA expect that to be closer to $100......but $160 is just not reasonable with where we currently sit IMO

I fully expect this project to take 12-18 more months to mature. That's when I would expect to get a price of $160/oz in the ground. I've been following AMK for several years so to sell now for less, would be a big disappoinment for me.

I agree that selling now for less would be a disappointment. I'm just trying to be realistic... For context, Brucejack sold for about $213/oz and that is a producing high grade gold mine.... My expectations: Selling at our current state......$50-80/oz PEA.....$80-$120/oz PFS....$120-$160 Values may go up if POG continues up but that is what I would expect at this point.

Having said that, if they hit on their drilling this year, we could have majors trying to get a jump on us before it gets away on them...It may not be what we'd get in the long term but may be a premium on our current situation which may offset waiting.....
