Do you think the bidder or AMK will sue Mr Market for slander?  AMK is tradin at 40% of bid price which suggest Mr Market does not think it is viable.  Is that slander??

TUD and TUO have both traded down on the BID!   Will the bidder and AMK sue the sellers in the market whose very actions suggest they do not believe in the bid??????
