American Creek Resources Ltd > I think we'd fare better with a reverse split

I think we'd fare better with a reverse split

than accepting as of yet unheard of and unproven tokens for our AMK shares with our hard earned money tied into them.
If this goes through AMK could be giving away the whole kit and kaboodal letting Cunningham steal away with 20 percent of Treaty Creek at our expense.
Afterall what will it really cost them issuing their own made up tokens costing them virtually nothing and putting the effect on AMK and its shareholders.
Is AMK only just finding this out now having been duped into the belief a cash deal could have transpired from the start?

This just reminds me of more typical pink sheets madness .

Reverse Split ??? or a share swap with AMK rolling into the main play?? with KK being confident of the success of this program would we not be better off merely consolidating?? If today I got 50cts and could roll it into TUD at current prices I would obviously take the deal but the spread will change once this deal happens assuming it does.. Always appreciate your thoughts FastTrade

Two real good choices are "IMO", merge with TUD/Ken Konkin ,, Next choice is to stay with AMK and keep our present 30 million ounces giving us 20% of the pile, and keeping our portion of 15 billion  6mhundred Million in US dollers.  At .43 cents Canadian we get screwed out.  Just imagine if KEN KONKIN rounds up another 30 Million ounces at say just the Perfect Storm site ...more

The news release said, Cunningham Mines proposed a Letter of Intent to aquire all outstanding shares at a price of .43 per common share, PAYABLE IN CASH! It didn't say payable in tokens!
Comment by Stockmoves1 on Jul 19, 2024 11:05am
Payable in Cash it will be as it is a loan / I hear you buying TUD at 1.50 because in essence 1.50 is still a discount to .43 and keeps you in the game.. The only question is as always where will the market be at .. where will Gold be at?? and when do we get the cash.. I doubt b4 October.

There is no bid.  There is no deal.  And clearly there is NO cash!  There is a nonbinding expression of interest from a pink sheets related company./   As you know i never understood by AMK got involved with them! from the nr its clear they have no $$$$...........but in a pink sheets kinda way think they can rains a few hundred million with an imaginary token!!!!! Sure, you're right. I'm not going to sell my AMK now to buy TUD. I just guessed $1.50 but I doubt TUD will be at a premiun to AMK if/when the deal is finished.
Comment by Larry60 on Jul 19, 2024 2:03pm
There is no deal.  AMK is up 65% since the nonbidning nondeal was announced.............yet still trading just over 1/3 of nonbid price!!! Before the nonbid, AMK was a much better buy than TUD as they have a free carry to production decision.  But now with the spike in AMK it is trading at a bid premium to TUD.  If you back out the expected value of the free carry, or looking at it ...more

$ 206 m is not a huge feat in the crypto space  300 m is nicer number how much AMK does Eric hold ?
Comment by Larry60 on Jul 19, 2024 3:26pm
Eric owns 65 million shares. $206 million is not a lot in the crypto space.  But Cunningham is NOT in the crypto space in any meaningful way.  THey say they are, but: i) they dont own any crypto, ii) they have not issued any crypto, and iii) per the NR, they dont even have any infrustructure to issue crypto yet!!!!! $206 million isnt a lot for some companies to raise, but it is for ...more

Looks like Sprott still has 1,000,000 TUO
Comment by CobraShelby on Jul 20, 2024 8:26am
Not sure what happen . In August 2020 he hold 20% of Teuton Share  Eric Sprott started accumulating a stake in the company and boosted his holdings this year by several millions. He now owns 20% of all outstanding shares. That makes him one of the largest external investors in the small mining firm. Since March, Teuton's stock has skyrocketed 1,100%.14 aot 2020

Well then Sprott stands to take in over $20 m or there abouts if  it closes at 0.43  ,  (yes more preferably) im not sure what his 65 000 000 shares costed him but it was probably between 00.4  -  00.6   Not quite a ten bagger but close enough  AMK's crypto buddies and Sprott are already acquainted is my guess

Your numbers are in the right area (a tad low) when averaged out. It cost him about $2.5 Mil back in the fall of 2019. AMK vetted Cunningham Mining and their potential lenders before they accepted the LOI and then presented it to the public. AMK is confident in Cunninghams ability to fufill it's proposed obligations. I suspect Sprott is on-board with accepting something in the --range-- of ...more

Yes, this is a cash deal. Not an exchange for tokens LOL. As we go higher, these trash talkers get more desperate and weaker.... The trash talkers are running out of ammo.

Fastrade, agreed that it would be silly to accept tokens.  But you wont have to worry about that because AMK board would never agree to such an offer and even if they did it would NOT be accepted by swhareholders imho.  the proposed transaction would be in the form of a plan of arrangement so it requries the express agreement of the board and company.  Shareholders would then vote ...more
