I Don’t know what the words (Secures) and (Investment Commitment) mean to you, but for my part it sounds very solid statements.  By now Cunningham is just waiting to finalise to be listed on the stock exchange to conclude the deal with GEM and AMK with the related paperwork requirement.   From Aug/05 news release; Cunningham Mining Ltd Secures $153 Million USD Investment Commitment with

RBOUZKENIN, youre fallin for Pink Sheet like verbal gymnastic antics.  The NR is vague by design.  GEM does do token subscription agreemnets..........they rarely fund more than a small % of commitment over a protracted period of time???  Why?  I think cuz they basically subscribe for tokens at DISCOUNT to MARKET and then blow them out for a profit.......so theyre always
