What upside are you referring to?  THere is no 43 cent upside as there is no 43 cent bid or offer.  Just a NONbinding eoi.  Leading into the NR, AMK was trading around 11.5 cents.  So if it reverts there, and it should, when NONbinding eoi goes away, bagholders will be down another 35% from where it is today!!!! A 35% loss is NOT PENNIES.  Its 35% of whatever the market ...more

Still not convinced this is gonna go through.....but I'm holding regardless....if it doesn't, we'll make more in the long run anyway.
