That is absolutely NOT true....Every scam has had to have something that convinced people to buy in... The jury's still out on whether or not this cunningham deal goes through....The good thing about this situation is that we know what AMK holds, so whether it goes through or not doesn't really change things in the long run....In fact I'm in the camp that would say we'd be better

JS, I agree its not a good look.  I beleive the NONbinding eoi with a private co related to a $1.5 million mkt cap Pink Sheet listed Cunningham Natural Resoruces makes not only AMK look bad but also TC itself.  It has a bad smell. DOes it change anything in the long run?  Hard to say as in the long run we're all dead. As soon as I saw the NR in June I was worried

If the AMK deal was never meant to close, and that's how it looks, why was it announced? Who gained and what did they gain? I just don't get it.

As I've said many times before, I think this deal was to shut out someone else who was sniffing around and to get us to a PEA when the price will skyrocket. Look at the timing of the deal....seems pretty obvious to me....

Do you have more insight or speculation to who the sniffer may be ? I know Seabridge really needs our cooperation in their advancing stages and would benefit immensely with that kind of control if they owned 20% all in of Treaty Creek

I can't even say for sure that's what is happening....It's nothing more than an opinion based on the terms and timeline of the agreement, the party involved (Pownall was an AMK director and is currently on the board of both TUD and Cunningham), the current massive undervaluation of the TC project (and the concerted effort to keep it that way), the MTT tunnel dispute, etc.....It could
