Hmmm that would be an iteresting developement for sure. Say during the last month AMK was getting a competing offer. Cunningham panics and goes to GEM to an increase to the original LOI to stay at the table. Bidding war ? Just speculation .. but has made tomorrow for more interesting for sure!

I see it as the 0.43 takeover is in play and any extra cash goes towards other stocks holding considerable deposits, probably in that area or close to. All very interesting and exciting. Hope it works because this sector sure needs a positive boost from new investors.

Yes this is a interesting development. But does it mean Cunningham has raises any monye to buy AMK yet ? It does not apear so as yet.
