Very Interesting Here-

What will be announced tommorrow for AMK.
Has to have more meat than just another extension- Cunningham is very serious here , they want to built something big and they are determined to get AMK and lots of other PM companies going forward.
They arent fooling around here.
Lets wait and see.
I believe Cunnigham will own us eventually but not exactly sure of the time frame.
Obviously the market does not think it is going to happen very soon, if at all or we would see a share price at least into the 30s.

One day before deadline there is a raise of the credit?! I dont think that is just coincidence?! They say for other projects? But it could be as well to raise the amk BO price. Why? I dont know
Comment by Signman on Sep 04, 2024 1:58pm
Agreed. I think there is something to the timing. My hope is Cunningham were forced to raise the LOI (that will come out tomorrow) because a competing offer came to the table.

PURE SPECU:ATION (but what else is there to do until tomorrow). Note  the amount GEM increase. Slightly over double the original amount. Image if said competing offer was "we will double the Cunningham offer" . The counter would be to see that and add a little right?
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Sep 04, 2024 2:37pm
Not necessarily....according to the agreement Cunningham has the right to match any competing offer up until june of next year or whenever it ends....
Comment by garzillalives on Sep 04, 2024 2:57pm
Hmmmm.... June of next year. Isn't that when the PEA is suppost to be announced?
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Sep 04, 2024 3:24pm
Yep!!.... Which is why I keep thinking this was just a vehicle to hold off a potential low bid offer until that time.....I guess we'll find out...I'll hold until we do....

Here's another reason I'm unsure that this deal was ever meant to go through.... Just say it did hypothetically.......Now TUD gives a production notice.....Cunningham is now responsible for 20% of the project funding......Would that be possible for them?
Comment by Larry60 on Sep 04, 2024 3:55pm
JS, I have NEVER seen a JV agreement without the REQUIREMENT for a positive bankable feasibilty study before production notice can be given!!!!!!!!!!!  pLUS, its common sense!  We are years away from that. NO RESRVES, NO ENVIROMENTAL PERMITS NO MINING PERMITS NO METALLURGY NO MINE PLAN I ASSURE  YOU TUD CANNOT VALIDLY GIVE A PRODUCTION NOTICE FOR AT LEAST A FEW YEARS.... ALL ...more

They wouldn't be able to do a simple raise it's messy / it's no longer a stock swap that makes it an easy solution it is now tied to the price of the digital currency along with everything else Cunningham owns so yes it's messy unless I am missing something / possibly this deal forced the large shareholders of TUD like Eric to put something together on the table to rectify a ...more

stockmoves, Eric not puttin somethin together to buy AMK..........trust me.............. The Cunningcant rumper flumper is gettin more desperate by the day...... Ya know how much theyve raised?  $0.00 How much can they draw down today on their GEM "commitment of $380 million?  $0.000!! How many Nugget trap tokens have they issued?  0 Whats the total Market cap of the tokens? ...more

Jetstream I had wondered this as well. Say Cunningham in fact takes AMK. They would, like you said, be resposible for the 20% when the time comes for TUD. Great we are all long gone from being shareholders. What if the tokens fall out of favor, or something happens to the exchange ( like Mt. Gox for example) , or some unforseen regulatory goverment crack down or windfall tax implementation that ...more

This is nothin but a Pink Sheetesque rumper flumper. 3 months ago when AMK announced the NONbinding eoi, they said they had been in negotiations for MONTHS!!!!!   So probably 5 months since discussion seriosly started. How much how Cunningtram raised since then????  About $0.00????? THe GEM "commitment" is worth $0.00.  If Cunningcant can get tokens out there with ...more

Larry, asking for a friend.....do you know how much it costs per hour for the air crane to move land locked rock?
Comment by Larry60 on Sep 04, 2024 4:20pm
Johmmy!!!!!!!!!!!  Youre alive?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?    Tell your friend to ask me directly.  PS question for your friend: How much is 0% of $380 million????
Comment by johny52 on Sep 04, 2024 4:25pm
All my friend knows is $380M is a fraction of the cost for an air crane to move all that land locked rock

Johnny....it's priceless.

Agreed. I think there is something to the timing. My hope is Cunningham were forced to raise the LOI (that will come out tomorrow) because a competing offer came to the table.  This is definitely my hope and a very likely possibility / someone else said at 43cts we are up and Cunningham has first right of refusal to up it / im speculating of course because a competing offer would be ...more
