I'm pink sheets...what do I do? Just wait and they deposit funds for my shares? I'm with Schwab.

Fordster- yes you can wait for 2 months for 43 cents or sell at market and you lose the gap amount- you have to decide if waiting is worth it and how much that waiting is worth to you.
