Lol.  1. If I was a short, I'd have made a bucket on this play over the last 4 years, enough to cover and then some 2. While excited at the prospect of a .43 exit, I never count my chickens before hatched 3. So far, unless something changed that I haven't seen,  I have seen no actual money in this deal 4. This seems a done deal and so it is not our worry whether Cunningham has the money in his hand. All these showing us that some other important takeovers on its way in the sector.  Also, why this news came out so fast just before the precious metals summit next week?
