What if Newmont or another majour makes an offer.
I know this has been discussed but it wasn't entirely clear to me. If a company like Newmont put in a better offer, could they bump Cummingham if Cummingham didn't match or exceed that offer?

Yes they could....Cunningham has the right to match, but that is conceivable.. Here is another thought... with the PEA comes a production notice to develop the supercells and get this thing rolling....the upgraded token facikity is to fund their portion of the cost

That was also in the back of my mind. With this higher facility all bases are covered for now and the future. A crypto base is exactly what some of these juniors need to get them into production mode. Old school meets tech and creates a monster bash ! Newmont, Seabridge, Cunningham and ?? certainly a dynamic play, last chapter has not yet been written.

guess how much Cunninghaam can draw down on the "facility" today? About $0.00. Nothing will change in the next 2 months to allow them to draw down $210 million......imho
