Put Cunningham to one side then think what is AMK's 20% in Treaty Creek really worth. You can look at the part or the sum of the whole. In other words any company wishing to take over the whole shbang is going to be paying quite the premium. Possible 200% above where these 3 are trading.

So in reality (something exploration stocks lost over 3 years ago) AMK is trading, now, at a very deep discount. And if the Cunningham offer is real or if some other company is using that as a springboard they are buying up AMK sooooo cheap. Quite unbelievable.

Dec Gold $2.608, Feds meet this week, if they have any common sense left they'll cut 50 bps.

9 lives, best to compare it to TUO as well.  And it is very overvalued on a relative basis........although the spread has narrowed alot in the past week.

The GEM credit increase is a dead give away that they (Cunbningham / GEM) know this and are prepared for a counter offer IMO. With the TUD NR today had got to be making any major, that heard Ken at Beaver Creek, sit up in their chair. And the easiest why to get into this project with 20% would be to take AMK out over what Cunnigham has offered. I still have hope ... there is time ... No tokens

The GEM facility is NOT an acquistion facility despite the spin many are trying to put on int. Once the token gets listed, Cunninghsam can sell tokens to GEM at a specified price (a discount to market) and in amounts based upon the volume of the token and the market cap.  Barring a miracle, to raise $210 million in a matter of 2 months would be impossible.  I dont think theyll ever

AMK will have to disclose competitive offers correct ? What's the timeline when we should here from Darren Blaney again ?

Rusty yes they would. Not if they are in talks.. only if they want to make it official as a counter offer. And I would never hazard to guess when Darren might speak on either a successful Cunningham deal where actual cash money is recieved nor when a counter offer"may" happen. If that does happen I believe AMK would just halt again and NR after as before.

Of course AMK has to disclose competing offers.  If one were made right now, Id suggest that AMK would need to get stock halted ASAP. and get NR out ASAP (in less than 24 hours). would you consider a bid for 35 cents, with cash in hand, a competing bid????

Knowing the competing offers would be of interest 100% to see what others value this slice of pie at !   I would be shocked a if no majors try to take this position  aloha
