I am reading all your comments. I don't want to talk about bashers. Let it go! I am really interested and i want to learn. 2 months ago i bought 20.000 stocks AMK. Average 0.185. Easy money whitin a month to double,i thougt. I read also about the possibility off a new and higher offer. Is that a real possibility or just wishfull thinking?

I am sorry you feel that way. I hope you give me the benefit off the doubt. I am really interested in gold and silver mining. I have invested in 20 companies more or less. Not big each company 1000 till 2500 euro. But in europe we get very little news about it. I am reading the comments on this board and i know i can learn from the most of you guys and girlls of course.

One other thing to mention. All 3 of these stocks are being manipulated by novices ( terrible at their craft) you'll soon find out who these posters are.  You'll see dots under their names/handles, click on that and choose ignore and your life will be much more pleasant. My understanding would be Cunningham needs to have $300,000 in earnest money deposited by end of this month or get extension or deal falls apart. I also would think time for a different competing offer would expire if said deposit is made. But hey I could be way off! Perhaps another offer is still allowed to surface up until a vote?

This is what I meant by we should be getting news in thr next 5-6 days...we get news that 300k has been paid and we will pop.

Mr Jetstream, If they pay the $300,000 not much changes.  It is immaterail vs the deal price.  Its 0.14% of what they need to raise.  Its like putting a $70 deposit down on a $50,000 car or a $7,000 deposit down on a $5,000,000 house.  Its silly.   It is not the norm.  I believe it reflects that both AMK and Cunningham are admitting that even $300,000 is not an

Assumptions aside, today you signed up for your first post. AMK has a very bright future as do TUD and TUO. As long as Gold remains over $2.400 we are $300 above that level, then this will be an extremely profitable sector. Currently there is a 43 cent takeover bid on the table (not yet finalised) but with the huge amount of Gold discovered so far further offers might be expected in the coming

Thank you for your response! I expected de price should be 0.40 by now. And my goal was to dubble my money before the rest of the interesting companies go up. And put my profit in those companies butt they do so already . So i set the sell at 0.40. But now i am wondering do i waith till the end, will there Come a better offer?
