It would now cost $400K for Cunningham to back out of the deal vs the $115 or whatever it was before as theyd forfeit their signing fee....They are going ahead with this and the only thing that will stop it is an unsuccessful vote...Like others, Ive got my TUD position well under $1 and so I will be voting yes to this.....This is just the appetizer....The main course has yet to come....

Jetstream, Do you know how much $$$$ Cunninghsam has raised of the $210 million so far with tokens?  Is it more than $0.0??? $300k downt, $209.7 million to go!!!

Golddigger, I posted MANY times that I thought Cunnighsam  would come up with the $300k aka 0.01% of the purchase price.  I repeated that thought yesteday when so many were bent out of shape over the $300k not being paid and/or announced yet. I also still stand by myt statements/opinions that it will not change much beyond a last hurrah for AMK sp.  I may have been a lil too
