1: I have more respect for the men at the helm including ES that when they give their yes vote they just may have thought this through AND they know things that you and I do not know !! What you do not know is that assuming the tokens get traction and I think they will it will force the hand of the Big boys to anti up !! not to mention reduce dilution on TUD /  Plain and simple .. 

2: Bird in Hand - never overlook this when we are on the cusp of a potential huge war in the middle east 

3: Do some math for goodness sake / even if you sold 50% of AMK today at .27 and split your holdings in TUD/AMK the gain today at .27 outways the current price on TUD / $1. TUD gets you a 15ct AMK share / what do you guys not get?? Sorry to be so blunt but seriously get a grip and do a little simple math !! this is becoming a tiring topic ..

SM this is one of those times where eveyone is making great points based on their own circumstances, yours included. Can't honestly argue with any. I think mine is just strategic in hopes of that bigger bird in the hand .. it could just be such a much fatter bird you know;) But I do agree the back and forth is getting tiresome as it is largely, if not completely, out of our hands anyway. OK SM, you made a good point. I just may sell half and dump it into TUD. I do own some TUD so it's not like I'm totally stuck in AMK.

Stockmoves I don't understand your 3rd point !  Ignoring any further take over bids. If this deal on AMK is expected to close before the PEA  is even started and the current gain on AMK (26.5 to 43) is 16.5 cents or 61% why would I switch. And let's assume for this exercise I only just bought AMK today. Are you saying by Nov/Dec you expect TUD to rally to $1.60 plus ?? To

If this deal goes through, i think it's all but a guarantee that TUD will be trading above $1.60 by the time the money is in our accounts...

Possibly, but one thing I've noticed with these 3 they never seem to move in tandem. Yes I also totally expect the deal to go through and surprised AMK is trading so low still. But that's the nature of todays markets. No disrespect to Stockmoves here but he does subtly talk his position in posts and when he says he wants to buy AMK shares at 26 cents then advises people to partially sell
