Now I have to deceide whether to vote for or against the Cuningham deal. I still think .43 is a ripoff but I've made peace with the idea of taking my money from AMK and putting most of it into TUD. TUD is looking better and better with the price going down.

Garzi, Vote will go through whether you like it or not. The question remains how Cunninghsam is gonna come up with $210 million in the next 3 weeks.  As per prior posts, I just do not see how they can do it with NGTG.......sure, they can sucker a few hundred thousand or even a million but with a $1 billon token valuation already, no one is going into this rumper flu,per for size.
