As I said, the theoretical max of $3 milliol assumes ALL  the sales are directly from treasury and no after market trading going on.  It also assumes that priced being received is what the market price is ie it assumes no buyers in PP are

Irrelevant. Not the way the financing works... This also does not account for PP.  they will be raising what they can in the open markets through PP and tokens sold. Remaining balance will be paid by way of the financing.

There is no financing.  Just a token subscription agreement.  Move past the fluff and analyse the substance.    As for the PP, we can still track token movements via etherscan.  If they have raised anything, its miniscule in the context of the $210 million price tag of the "bid" There will be a lot of rumpin and flumpin leading into, and post, the vote this
