oneone, Im 100% sure the deal will be approved Thursday!!!!!  100% But I hae 100% confidence that Cunninghsam will NOT have $210 million then. 100% But deal will be approved......................itll be used for some rumpin and flumpin..................but the $210 million is NOT there from all publicly available info..........and common sense.... all imho

Yes the deal will be approved. No the deal will not close this week. Question 1 do the shares still trade while the would-be buyer scrambles for cash? Question 2  Is there a drop dead date after which the approval of the deal is no longer valid if it has not closed?

csk, My guesses: 1) amk will trade post yes vote no ifs ands or buts.  question is what will they say about the $210 million in the NR announcing the YES vote?  Probably that it is underway, Facts: Either party has a right to walk away after Dec 31 if conditions of deal are not satisified.  But remember, financing is NOT a condition of the deal........as it usually would be.

Listen, Id be thrilled if Cunninghsam coughs up $210 million these week...............Id be shocked and in disbelief, but truly happy!!!!!!!!!  As would every shareholder of AMK, TUD, TUO, and CNRC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  But the share prices of all of them suggest the $210 million is not there..... I can only go on the information in the public domain and it all
