Watching all this back and forth with amusement but there is obviously an entity that wants the price held down..2/3rd's of the vote needed to see this pass, those who don't vote side with management.
Has, is, someone through several companies attempting to buy over 1/3rd of the stock on the open market to force a no vote ?

My request is:

This deal was announced on June 6th, does anyone have their hands on the total volume traded since then ? Just trying to satisfy my curiosity.

Total trade since June 6 of 46.7 million shares across all CDN exhanges..............just over  10% of total o/s.  NO ONE is trying to buy this up.  That is an extremely low number FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOLUME FOR 6 MONTHS, LET ALONE A COMPANY SUBJECT TO A "BID" No one is tryin to keep this down.   In facT,  its probably the opposite.
