Robi, the vote tomorrow will be a YES!!!!  We know that already!!!!!! But it wont gap up to 43 cents on the news........................its possible it moves up a few penniesw on the rumper flumper NR............BUT THERE WILL BE NO $210 MILLION TOMORROW.
