Well, there is a postal strike happening. MIght be a delay due to that with mail in votes?? But who knows. I do knwo they dont work on Leary60 time and probably dont really give a **** what Leary 60 thinks.

GoldExcuseDIgger, If the postal strike was an issue, they should have disclosed that before the meeting.  In fact, they would have had to adjour to a later date but there is no reason to do so......Votes were supposed to be received by last week and only a miniscule amount, if any, votes would have been affected.  If vote was razor thin, I could see it theoretically being a potential

There are other options to vote other than by mail....I hardly think they'd delay it due to that....it'll come out when it comes out.....you can't trade right now anyway so just chill....

Fully agree with Jetstream on that.............Id suspect that more than 10% of votes at most come in by mail and that most of those are sent way before the deadline & therefore strike. Only reason vote would NOT have happened today, imho, is if AMK Board felt it would be improper to hold the vote without Cunningham being anywhere close to having $210 million................ I have 100

GoldDigger, Usually you would have an NR prepared BEFORE the meeting. They know the outcome, just not the exact numbers.  Ive usually seen NRs go out early afternoon after a morning meeting. the meeting is usually 30 to 45 mins max. Its not Larry time.........its just the way it is.........
