We've been over this already, the agreement is for a cash only deal. No disrespect intended, I just think there are other plays or most of us would like to deploy our cash into, or like myself, I have a mortgage to pay off and projects to do that won't get done with tokens.....

Ive been predicting the pivot to the magic beans once it became clear to everyone that Cunninghsam, imho, never had a chance of raising $210 million...................it was, imho, a classic rumper flumper pink sheetesque "deal"

Cutis, imho, if AMK/Cunninghsam officially propose a magic bean option, AMK will sell down to the low teens in a heart beat. I suspect as the idea is unofficially floated, we may drift into the 20s again.................. No doubt, imho, they will do their best to spin in it a fluffy Pink Sheetesque NR.............but any intial traction will fall away, imho, once people realize what is relly

Curtis, Controversial take.. yes. Because IMO the tokens have been created out of whole cloth to those interested in that exchange. While, I agree, a dollar could be argued as just as "made up." Said dollar can be spent anywhere vs a token where that is more limited. Add in the token will always have more volitility over the dollar. While that "could" be a benifit sometimes. I

I'm fine with it as an option, as long as I can get my cash....but if cash is not an option then yes I'd be upset.....the deal as written is a cash only deal though....

If they propose it as an option your probably looking at another 45 day delay....... If they propose it as an option and cant deposit at leat 1/2 of the $210 million today in cash, it should be end of story..........if AMK board goes along with it, youll see AMK in the low 20s in a heartbeat imho...
