100s of millions tokens sold

All right there on Eitherscan for all to see. Pages of transactions to go through of 100s of thousands sold. The transactions that I really like are one for 120 million, and two transactions for 80 million a piece.

Just curious were the large transactions you mentioned today? This week?

6 days ago 120 million  15 days ago 2 transactions of 80 million  22 days ago 12 million then smaller settlements of between 25k and 500k  Totals are low 200 millions. Too many smaller transactions to count up.

210m sold (approx) 210m x .60 (assuming .60 is the price for financing as it was for PP) = 126m (US) in Canadian Dollars around 176m  Still more transactions to account for.

you are mistaken curtis. NGTG transferred large amounts to 2 accounts. And trust me when I say there was NO cash involved (0xeB489a8A...281ded51e and 0xc976a56f...d5e9ce7f3): : Transaction Hash Method  Block Age From   To Amount

PS One account was 15 days ago and the other about a week ago. I have done DD on both accounts.  Not a chance CASH was involved imho REMEMBER, Cunninghsam already said in the Whtie Paper (orignal link is dead now!) that they were going to transfer 1 Billion tokens, for free, to Cunninghsam Natrual Resources an CML. The facts are out there.............if you dont ignore them

The 25k and 500k transfers are to Exchanges for listing - Listing fees and/or liquidity fees imho.....happens pre listing for each one. The two biug holders, who hold 99.99% of the 297 million (160 and 120 million respectively) not held in the main treasury account are both Cunningham group related...imho.......but that opinion is based on DD on those 2 accounts.  No one wants to own 99.99

Curtis, If they sold the 280 million at 60 cnets US a couple of weeks ago, the $210 million has been int he bank for a while now.  If that is the case, then PAYMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So funny.  Remember, CNRC owns 200 million NGTG directly and indirectly (through CML which was given 910 million).  Thats $120 million USD at 60 cents .....but they got it for free. And their mkt cap is around $5 million.................vs $160M at market for tokens???????????   you are dreamin curtis and co..... BTW, as a classic pink sheet company, CNRC is constantly issuing

Read the document....It's very clear it was going to go in this order..... 1...Vote 2...Regulatory Approval 3....Final Agreement with an Effective date (I.e. closing date) 4. Depository agreement happens AFTER the final agreement but BEFORE the effective date. Reading comprehension is apparently not his strong suit.....

The order of events is clear. But why not report on the vote? Shareholders have the right to know if the business of the meeting was approved. Isn't this simple?

I would say that shareholders have a right to know about the vote, when it is complete.  If there are outstanding votes in the Canada Post system, then everyone should wait until they are delivered and counted.  The only folks who should know how the vote is going are the counters, and they are sworn to secrecy until the tally is completed.   Pretty basic democratic stuff this is. &
