I say weeks as there is only a rough date of finalization of the deal. Which is fine by me. If it carries into 2025 then even better.

Would imagine the almost 2 million shares shorted that the players are sweating  because just one positive news release sends AMK higher.

Of course in the interim the shorters will attempt to drive AMK down to take some scalps.

I'm holding, as mentioned months ago will see this through to the end conclusion. Each to their own.

I9lives, in the NR on the definitive deal, they said closing late Nov with early Dec as outside date. The only reason it has not closed yet is because CUnninghsam does not have the $210 million.  How do I know this?  If they had the money, this would have closed already. If they got the money today, you would see an NR that it was closig Friday or Monday. To say you are fine to wait
