Almost 7 months since CUnnninghsam deal was first announced.   Over 4 months since we were told Cunninghsam had the financing in place through GEM!!!!!!!!!!  TSA agreement might be in place, but that does not give Cunninghsam $210 million to buy AMK.  Look at every TSA that has ever been done and youll know what Im talking about.

Ironically, everything has gone in Cunninghsams favour since they started negotiating this deal back in fe/march of this year:

1)  Price of gold up around 30%
2)  Candian dollar down close to 10% in recent months making hte purchase price clsoe to 10% cheaprer in USD, and
3) Crypto has been on the tear of a lifetime.....of a lifetime!!!!

Yet here we sit with no $210 million and we've blown past 2 expected closing periods............and we are 10 days away from the OUTSIDE CLOSING DATE!

L60 , what you have posted about items 1;2;3 is correct . Except a lot of the MEMEs coins are fading away and probably will continue to do so until mid January.jmho

youre right Bud.  Its been the "quality" names that have benefited in crypto (i use the term quality very loosely).   Its funny how the meme/joke coins of not that long ago, like xrp and doge, are now "quality" coins!  But certainly much of the trash being left behind - which is primarily becasue they were kept artificially high and now people are dumpting.&

L60 I would classify XRP as a ALT not MEME, it was the SEC who held XRP back but now Genslar is quitting befor the Don fires him.So I do see XRP overtaking ETH in a few years.

I agree Bud. XRP should go well. I hold quite a bit of it so I am very hopeful for huge gains.

NGTG doesnt fall into either catergory..................imho................but I believe it will be relegated to the dustbin of crypto tokens.coins  of days gone by in the not to distant future....

Great overview Roberto! Now all we need is for AMK to put out a simple NR update confirming that Cunninghsam has the $210 million and when the anticipated closing date is!  Or, in the alternative, tell us they have no clue.  EITHER WORKS FOR ME!!!!
