firestar, the problem is 99.9% of the tokens are held by CUnningham and associate/affiliate entities that did not pay cash.  You then have the next 8 or 10 holders who each hold a few hudred thousand - I assume some paid for them but it adds up to nothing.  especially when you net out all the listing fees Cunningham must have incurred so far...........it would be six figures............

If you take the coins not held by Cunningham and assume that they were all sold at 0.60, that's $180 million raised....That doesn't account for anything sold at a higher price or any AMK shares bought below 0.43. I think this deal closes.....

tOP 4 holders are CUnninghsam and related/affiliated cunningham entities. $180 million USD was NOT raised.  ANd if it was, deal would have closed in November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, those top 4 holders have had the tokens in their account for a long time now.......................must be nice gettin free tokens?????

Golddigger, it is not faint speculation.  292 million, of the 297 million, tokens that were deployed from the NGTG account went to 3 affiliated Cunningham counts about a month and change ago.  Those three acounts hold 98% of the tokens deployed from the NGTG account. And remember, NGTG said in its original white paper they would be giving aorund 1 billion tokens to Cunningham Mining

How can you sell something that you don’t own to start with.  Cunningham need money to buy AMK, they cannot as yet put Treaty Creak as a guaranty to backup their token for now, that is why they need and got a financing to proceed with the transaction, after the transaction is done then you have an asset working for you and you can sell token base on that asset to refund your financing.

GEM gives Cunningham the 210 million even though they don't have sufficient collateral assets, then after they close the deal, the Treaty Creek AMK 20% of the undeveloped property becomes the 'working assets' (presumably along with the placer property) to  base token sales

Unfortunately, Robi either misudnerstand or misrepresents the Token Subscription Agreement. The TSA is not a loan.  It allows GEM, at their option, to buy tokens at a discoun to market.  Gem has either pre-sold (short) the tokens or will use their prop traders to unload them as they see fit.  GEM would never buy more than a small % of the daily volume at any given time for obvious
