amk history

i suggest you look at amk history since tuo option  the treaty creek property  with amk and the resulting lawsuit regarding the exact amount spent on the property . now with tudor as the leader to finance tc exploration what about amk . They do nothing but look at management salaries , options even a financement before the 43 cents offer. before that they split amk others properties in stinger with about  the same   management  .actually  stng is a dormant co   however  look at,  salaries, option etc for what , i don t know however both amk and stng cost to shareholders around million dollar each year .can we think it is a life style co. can we see the same with cunningham management  and the proposed offer at 43 cents.often delay after delay to close a takeover dont work. we see it recently as dixie gold was supposed be taken over  however never happen .it create excitement and help  stock price .i really hope this deal will succeed to help reevaluation on tud and tuo shares but i am not to confident.i avoid to invest in this management style .
