Just start with a big fortune......... from there, stupidity and time will do the rest.
In CAPs case: Plowing 15 million into something they miraculously manage to sell for 5. Now with 5 mill in cash they have the chance to bail out of that disastrous misplay, what do they do? They go back in for more slashes. Turning 15 to 5 to 2 to..... guess what the next digit is going to be. Late shall the sinner awaken or learn.

Had to bail today at 2 cents... Bought as a value play hoping for a liquidation, based on the cash value... But with these idiots buying another property with no money to do anything, I was really disapointed...  Not sure why such buying here and now... It would be quite annoying if some folks knew things that the rest of the market would ignore. Management here is, pretty much, as bad ...more
