Patents/Intellectual Property Rights.

I decided I needed to do more DD, not to determine if I should hold or sell, but to determine if I want to buy in more. I followed Larry's guidance on this "we have the patents, no one else has proven or even shown their process".

ABML says they have a properitary method. They fail to descibe it or show any proof it even works.

Li-cyclo has two patents they reference. 1)  Deals with a shredding method for removing battery cases.  2.) The second deals with their process for recovering the metals from the EV batteries. I will try and not be too judgmental, but this patent resembles more of a high school chem lab report.  The claims are written so weakly that it is hard to interrupt the full extent of what they cover.

I am not aware of any other competitors at this time.  If others do, please bring them forward.

Like I have said previously, I did my review to determine wether I want to go forward with buying more shares.  I will not state what I will be doing going forward because everyone needs to do their own DD. I will state that in my portfolio I am following over 90 stocks and all but 6 are red. Last week there were only 3 in the red. Is this a long term trend or will it pop 180 again, time will tell.
Good Luck
