I do not know the name of the analyst but if you click on the link and scrool down to ANALYST RATINGS  you will see it ways there is 1 with a buy rating.

I wonder if it's this American Manganese Inc. – Fundamental Research Corporation (researchfrc.com) . If so, I don't put much stock in it, FRC gets paid by issuers to publish research.
