This is the only logical deduction from all the press releases from both companies. This also makes the best sense for AMY right now. This would catapult the stock once it's made official.

I bought in a bit high and have not averaged down this is a long term holding for me the only way that electric battery productiuon will be feasible is with recycling.AMY will be one of the big players but the stock got ahead of itself for a few months.I will double up after I see where the stock stabilizes.
