POSCO
POSCO is one of the last major players out there that does not have a major recycling deal. The do have some but nothing with teeth. But the key takeaways are that AMY has gone out of their way to get a Korean patent and POSCO wants to dominate the Korean market. They also want to be extremely green. If you look at both companies news releases they would seem to be talking about the same goals. Of the major Korean players, they are the last one not with a big deal. AMY stated that their material has gone to an international company, well everyone is international, so why say that. It's a signal that they are likely not North American. AMY's tier one suitor is obviously from South Korea, and POSCO is the only tier one left in the cathode market. This will be a big money deal and likely put AMY in the 5 dollar realm.
