Is AMY headed for a hostile takeover?

With the SP scraping rock bottom and shareholders disenchanted, you can't help but wonder if some company out there sees this as an opportune time to make a hostile takeover bid for AMY and all of their patents.

I bet if the bid were anywhere close to a buck a share, there would be enough shareholders that would tender their shares to make the bid successful.

Zarko and company better start pulling their socks up, or the rug may get pulled out from under them.

SP drop might simply be seasonal.  I purchased additional shares forcasting for a double once RRSP season pulls in.  Still trying to grab more, too. Need to keep in mind that some people are getting liquid either for Christmas or simple asset repositioning.  Not everyone's pockets were prepared for interest rate hikes, thus, their mortage rates and payments could have been ...more

Agreed. We are heading into tax-loss selling season, which always puts downward pressure on an under-performing stock like AMY. Barring a major news release, there's likely not much hope for a SP recovery until the new year.
