Hudson Resources only owns a third of Hudson Greenland for now , probably less as we go forward . I would think this is just a first step to seperate the White Mountain project from Hudson , it is a cleaner way than was done with True North Gem,s .

In my opinion the share price reflects actions taken that are not benefiting the share holder, Mr. Sanders comes acros as a trust worthy guy but in my opionion they have done nothing since Hudson Greenland has been in private hands exept maybee receive a paycheck, now we have no control over what is happening over there.  We should sell our share of Lumina with the ability to buy them out, in ...more

Hello:  Yes, threre are definite concerns...I've been a Hudson Resources shareholder for approx 10 Years.  So when you go to the new company -LUMINA, it says this is a privately held company... Not sure what's going on.  But it doesn't sound positive.  I received NO communication from them. If anybody hears anythng - please share.  Thanks!!

It is privately held, we have lost control over it, and basicaly they can show us the middle finger and not ever report to us, they should pay us share holders for putting up the $, it's bull!

I spoke to Jim Cambon president of Hudson Resourses he said the name change is for marketing reasons only Ownership remains the same as announced If there was any change he would of released the news appropriately

yeah we own a  percentage of a privetly held company, wake up, the only good is that we have the option to buy it out but I don't think this helps any, for an investor is pathological situation look at the share price it says everything!  I understand they have put alot of money into this but still how are we to benefit from this pathology?  Honestly I don't want to be ...more

I can't bealive that we are siting at .065 cents, in my opionion the managment is to blame, don't we have a producing mine ok 33% of it but still it's got to be worth something, plus the REE wow I can't bealive it, anyway it looks like a buy at these prices and one must hold for some time, time will tell!
