Sorry folks!

I could no longer justify holding the position size I had in HUD. Sold just under 500k shares for 0.03. I still have 800k so still holding out hope but the opportunity cost of holding and accumulating HUD for almost 15 years is just too much.

I understand your frustration as I also have been in for that long but I think you will be disappointed that you didn't hold out for another week or two.  JMO.  Glad that you still hold some though.

Fair well, bit I don't know if this a good time to sell

I'm still holding... just a smaller position (800K shares in my RRSP). I needed capital for another speculative penny stock ironically enough.

how is that working out for you?
Comment by Trevor111 on Feb 15, 2024 8:31pm
Hopefully good enough to get 1 000% return to get you back to $0.30
Comment by majortom75 on Feb 16, 2024 3:29pm
You mean selling HUD to get into another speculative penny stock? Well HUD is down from what I sold at and the other stock (Else Nutrition Holdings - TSX:BABY) has not moved since I bought. Incidentally, I have exited all of my HUD shares. I had almost 1.5M shares at one point...

might you consider getting back in? Anorthosite  30% aluminum Hudson May 2018 (with financials).pptx (hudsonresourcesinc.com) Bauxite Bauxite (Fig. 1.33) is formed by surface weathering of clay rocks around the tropical region and composer of aluminum oxide (Al(OH)3). Just reading the most recent MD&A... here's a good nugget.  Subsequent to December 31, 2023, the Company relinquished its 31.1% interest in Lumina to allow the Company to focus all efforts on its 100% owned Gronne Bjerg anorthosite project.

It was always just a matter of time , now we are owners of a dirt pit , my 2 cents worth .

Not even a dirt pit
Comment by mynameisneo on Mar 08, 2024 10:16am
You guys have no idea what you're talking about.
Comment by rkelly5 on Mar 08, 2024 11:12am
I didn't look at the MD&A myself , so your telling us that Hudson still owns 31% of White Mountain ? If Hudson no longer own,s the 31% of an anorthosite project with a processing plant then please explane how developing another anorthosite project without a processing plant is a step up . Best outcome is we supply raw material to White Moutain or Alu. industery in the future if Hudson has ...more

From the MD&A.  I am very surprised they could do this without making a press release! "The Company had a minority interest (31.1%) in Lumina Sustainable Materials A/S (“Lumina”), previously Hudson Greenland A/S which owns the White Mountain anorthosite mine (the “White Mountain” or “Qaqortorsuaq“ in Page 3 of 16 Greenlandic) located on the Naajat exploitation license. The ...more

We still own the license?  We kinda knew there was something was going, I was hopping they would take the project to the market for capital anyway it is what it is
Comment by rkelly5 on Mar 10, 2024 1:57pm
I doubt we own anything related to White Moutain . I lost money in Trye North Gems where Greenland and a favored Company made out like bandets , when Hudson hired one of the True North employees from the Ruby mine I knew the fix was in .

Yup....White Mountain is gone. But hey! at least HUD finally settled and collected the insurance payout for the contaminated shipment :)
