would expect an update latest november as I thought they will start in 2013...

is snowfall an issue in utah

It would appear that the Tintic Mining District is South West of Provo, Utah. It is semi arrid there, so I doubt they get much snow. The name Andover has always been a strange name for a mining company; I haven't a clue what it is supposed to stand for. Maybe they could rename it Doolittle Mining Co. Waiting on news that never seems to materialize would then make some sense.
