I assume the bidding is a public process? Can one entity when it sees someone elses bid, then decide to bid higher? I still say Rio waits in the wings then may decide to take the whole can of worms. Ric told me prior to the bankrupsy that they were hitting some interesting looking material. But then, most everything Ric ever told me was a blatent lie.

I would hope the Blanksteins' ability to promote a project is now toast following this debacle. As for the "IR rep", I'll be sure to avoid any play in which he has any involvement.

How does the process work? Is this just a good old fashoined AUCTION with the highest bidder winning or do you submit " A BID " and the highest bid wins?

Dosco, you mentioned recently that you might get involved in bidding on the Utah assets. Have you gotten anything from G. Thornton about the SALES ASSETS? They seem to want shareholders to remain in the dark about any proceedings.

The trustee has sent documents. To get more details as these you need to sign and sent back some papers... to assure cinfidential treatment. Indicative bids to send by end of may. Hope i understood all docs well. No guarantee from me.
