Any idea when the 5-1 reverse split happens?

They said in the PP news release that it would happen coinciding with the raised money.
Which would bring it to roughly to $1.00 whith 45 million shares out...

Nobody seems to know? I still hope that if they are doing it would be for a quick uplist to the Main Big Boy Exchange. I think they have all the qualifications for an uplist after the consolidation, then watch it fly up, as many Funds could start to purchase the shares and sock em away.
