VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - August 03, 2016) - Apivio Systems Inc. ("Apivio" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: APV) is pleased to announce that it has retained Virtus Advisory Group Inc. ("Virtus") to develop and implement a strategic corporate communications program to increase the Company's exposure among industry stakeholders and investors across Canada.
Virtus has been engaged for an initial term of six months at a monthly fee of CDN$6,000 that may be renewed at the Company's option. In addition, Apivio has agreed to grant options to purchase 200,000 common shares of the Company (the "Options") at a price of CDN$0.28 per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The Options will vest in equal quarterly installments over twelve months. The Options shall be subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
