My take on Conference Call
Of interest (to me)
- South Korea is market driven. The sales are driven by their major customers' promotions. The sales were down this quarter, but not due to any competition, and expected to continue to be steady.
- can't say much about NEC global due to confidentiality, but he thinks that there is about 2% of the work left to do. Trying to get a good agreement, to protect shareholders
- NEC NA is waiting on NEC global
- L2: thinks that it is best of its kind phone! Two markets: professional and SMV/residential
- Broadsoft Conference: this is the first unveiling of Apivio outside of NEC in NA!!! Some customers of Broadsoft are AT&T, Bell, and Rogers. APV is a small company at the moment and can handle only a few customers. (Competition: high end = polycom, low end = chinese vendors)
- Now they need to get on PBXs. They are on the Samsung PBX already
The tone was very positive - L2 is the best in the world
Any corrections or additions?

Sounds about right. A lot of the things you mentioned can really act as upcoming catalysts and send the stock flying. I think a lot of the long time shareholders are out now and there is not much that it will take to send this stock flying upwards.

. Most of the purchases since cc have been from Haywood. I guess that means Pardeep Sangha was happy with what he heard.

I would agree. I think the downturn in sales is only temporary and that all the NEC stuff will act as a major catalyst going forward. You're right, it would appear Pardeep was pleased with the call.

Actually I called that number and it is a replay of the Q2 results. It is actually pretty interesting, but it isn't the current one
